Founded by Dr. Theresa VonAlmen, WAG is dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine with a personal touch. Dr. VonAlmen, a proud Northwest Ohio native and a seasoned veterinarian with nearly a decade of experience, is thrilled to realize her lifelong dream of opening a locally owned veterinary practice. With degrees from the University of Findlay and The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, she brings both expertise and a heartfelt commitment to every aspect of our practice and community.
At Waterville Animal Group, we understand that your pets are cherished family members, and we treat them as such. Outside of the clinic, Dr. VonAlmen shares her home with her husband, kids, and two Labrador Retrievers—Dixie, a wise and gentle yellow lab, and Duchess, a spirited chocolate lab who brings endless joy and laughter. A few goldfish and a dozen chickens round out the bustling household.
